The coat Stretch is reversible and has the hood built in.
The outer part is padded, but not quilted while the interior is padded and quilted horizontally.
Each side has two pockets on the front and the lacing with the zipper hidden in the tint to the outside.

outer 94% polyester and 6% spandex
inside 100% nylon
