TheSupplement Vegetal Soy Protein of Enervit is a dietary supplement of isolated soy protein and vitamin B6.

It is indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake of these nutrients or to increase their demand, for example in the diet of athletes.

A portion (30 g) of product prepared according to the method indicated, and provides 25,2 g of protein and is a source of vitamin B6 (gives 1.4 mg corresponding to 100% of the nutrient reference values).

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein metabolism and glycogen and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Prepare a portion dissolving the contents of 3 scoops (approx 30 g) in 200 ml of mineral water (or milk, semi-skimmed milk) using a shaker, we recommend up to one serving per day depending on the activity and considering other sources of protein made from the diet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not use in pregnancy and children or otherwise for prolonged periods without hearing the opinion of the doctor. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product should be used in the context of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
