Sportit.com will collect the product and send you the new required size.

Does your purchase don't satisfy you? Did you expect something different? Are you no longer convinced of what you bought? Don't worry, Sportit.com gives you the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal for 360 days from the date of purchase (or since you received the product).
With us transparency and the honest relationship with the customer are important values: for this sportit.com takes charge of the costs of returning the products you want to make andextends your right of withdrawal at 360 days.
As soon as we have received the goods, Sportit.com will make a bank transfer to return the money or, if you prefer, it will give you a voucher of the value of the goods made to be spent within 180 days from sending from the receipt of the same.

If, on the other hand, you have purchased with an invoice, it is not possible to apply the right of withdrawal. 

For all orders with shipping to countries outside the Italian territory, in the event of Return For withdrawal, the shipping costs will not be re -credited but only the amount of the prodotto (s) purchased (s).

We remind you some simple conditions for the Return:

1 - The tailor -made or personalized goods cannot be rendered.

2 -It's intimate and bathing costumes, for hygiene reasons, cannot be rendered.

3 - The quality and conditions of the goods must not have been altered (this happens when, for example, the product has been used, dirty, damaged).

4 - The goods must be made equipped with its original non -deteriorated packaging (for example, the shoe box must not have been torn, altered, dirty or damaged) and must not present signs of use by the customer.

5 - Product labels must be present and must not have undergone any alteration (damage, removal, dirt).
