Shipping policy

The purchased Products are shipped via express courier directly to the customer's home. Shipments to post office boxes and/or post office deliveries are not possible, nor are shipments outside of Italy. Incoming orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 working day. Deliveries take place between 2 and 3 working days, islands excluded. To avoid delays in delivery, our shipping partner needs your telephone number to be able to contact you by telephone. Art. 63 Cons. Code, as amended with Legislative Decree. 21/2014, establishes in paragraph I that: "In contracts which place the obligation on the professional to arrange for the shipment of the goods, the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods".
