At the heart of the Bassterra+ XT Sea Bass is a lightweight, medium-fast action blank made from high modulus carbon with additional Diaflash reinforcement, which increases power and durability. The bottom of the rod is used to generate the power needed to cast baits at feeding fish at a distance or to take total control when fighting fish near rocks and other structure. In the tip section the inclusion of high modulus carbon increases reactivity to allow you to work the baits with maximum effectiveness. Available in 5 models with light, medium and medium-heavy actions, to cover all sizes of popular bass lures, from the smallest 4g baits up to 65g crankbaits and metal jigs, the BassterraXT is rigged with high quality Fuji Fazlite stainless steel guides, a Fuji TVS reel seat and a split EVA grip.
