- Instructions for use: about 30min is recommended for the product. before the sports commitment. Use 1 envelope in about 200 ml of water for medium duration activities, 2 envelopes (in about 400 ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical commitment. To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the external temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink about 200 cc of water about 10-15 minutes before the start of the performance.
