With a parabolic-progressive action, the Sonora is available in lengths of 4.20 m (14') and 4.50 m (15 ft), allowing it to overcome close-to-shore obstacles both above and below the water. The extra length also increases casting performance when you need to fish further from shore. To aid line flow when casting, lightweight Shimano Hardlite guides are fitted to the slim blank, finished with a full EVA grip and DPS reel seat.
