INFORMATIVE TO THE SENSES OF THE ART. 13 - 14 OF THE EU REGULATION 2016/679

(GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION - GDPR)

According to the regulations above referred to, the processing of data shall follow principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and of your rights.

Global Trading Srl, with registered office in Via Milano, 40 - 20831 Seregno (MB) as the Holder of the processing, hereby informs you pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR 2016/679, that His data will be processed in the manner and for the purposes following:

(a) for the exact execution of the contract signed between You and the Company Global Trading Srl;

(c) to fulfil the obligations laid down by law, regulation, by legislation or by an order of the Authority;

(d) to exercise the rights of the Holder, for example the right to legal defence;

(e) to allow the sending of newsletters and/or mailing list, to communications, organization of events and additional Services that may be required.

The processing of personal data is carried out by means of operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2) GDPR, and namely: collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to processing both paper and electronic and/or automated.

4) Access to the data

The data can be made accessible, for the purposes referred to in point 2 above, employees and consultants of the company Global Trading Srl, in their capacity as officers and/or managers to internal processing and/or system administrators.

5) Communication of data

Your personal data may be communicated to the Responsible of the Treatment appointed by the Owner. Please also note that the data collected will not be disclosed without Your explicit consent, except for the necessary communication that can involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants or other persons for the fulfilment of the obligations of the law.

6) data Transfer

The management and conservation of personal data will be on servers located within the premises of the Owner and/or Manager of the treatment.

The data will not be transferred outside of the European Union. In any case it remains understood that the Owner, if necessary, shall have the right to move the location of the server, if necessary. In this case, the data controller ensures that from now on that the data transfer will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the law.

7) Dissemination of the data. Profiling of the data.

The personal data are not subject to disclosure. The personal data poteebbero be subject to profiling, but only after Your express consent.

8) Rights of the interested party

The Regulation gives to the subjects of which they are processed personal data certain specific rights, including:

(a) obtain confirmation as to whether or not the processing of personal data concerning him and to obtain access to the same (art. 15 of the Regulation);

(b) to obtain the rectification of any inaccurate personal data (art. 16 of the Regulation);

(c) obtain the deletion of any personal data that concerns him, in accordance with the right to oblivion (art. 17 of the Regulation);

(d) to obtain the limitation of the treatment by the Owner (art. 18 of the Regulation);

(e) obtain personal data in a structured, readable, and understandable, as well as to get that data to be transmitted to another holder of the data processing without the grounds (art. 20 of the Regulation);

(f) object to the processing of personal data (art. 21 of the Regulation).

You can revoke at any time the consent given to the Owner of the data, without which this revocation affects the treatment work up to that time by the Holder.

10) Minor

The Holder does not intentionally collect personal information related to minors. In the case in which information about the minors were inadvertently registered, the Owner will cancel in a timely manner, at the request of users.

11) Duration of treatment

We point out that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 of the Regulation:

(a) the personal data will be kept for the whole duration of the contractual relationship with the company Global Trading Srl, and for 10 (ten) subsequent years only for tax purposes and to fulfill the additional needs of the law, and

(b) subject to the free consent and explicitly expressed to the processing of His personal data for the purposes referred to in point 2 above with the selection of the appropriate box on the site www.sportit.comthe personal data will be kept for 2 (two) years from the time in which they will be provided.

12) the Owners, manager and staff

The Holder of the treatment is Global Trading S. r.l.. The updated list of data processors and persons in charge the treatment is kept at the registered office of the Holder of the treatment.
