The shoes that you bought are too big? You want the t-shirt is of a larger size? Nothing to panic About SportIT.com the size change is Free!

Send an email to the address: servizio.clienti@sportit.com indicating the order number and the article code of the product you want to make, specifying the size that you would like to receive.
SportIT.com will collect the product and send you the new requested size.

To take advantage of the service Exchange is free, it is necessary to respect the same conditions as for the return (see below).


Return (Right Of Withdrawal):
Your purchase does not satisfy you? Were you expecting something different? You're not more convinced of what I've bought? Don't be afraid, SportIT.com gives you the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal for 360 days from the date of purchase (or from when you received the product).
Our transparency and honest relationship with the customer are important values for this SportIT.com you pay the cost of return of the products that you want to make and extend your right of withdrawal to 360 days.
As soon as we have received the goods, SportIT.com will a bank transfer to give you back the money or, if you prefer, will give you a voucher of the value of the goods returned to be spent within 180 days after the date of the receipt of the same.

If, instead, you purchased with the invoice, it is not possible to apply the right of withdrawal.

For all orders with delivery to Countries outside of the Italian territory, in the case of return for withdrawal will not be credited back to the customer the shipping expenses but only the amount of the proodotto/s purchased/s.

Please remember some simple conditions for the return:
1. The goods are tailor-made or personalized may not be returned.
2. Underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons, can not be made.
3. The quality and condition of the merchandise must not have been altered (this happens when, for example, the product has been used, soiled, damaged).
4. The goods must be returned with its original packaging not damaged (for example, the box of the shoes must not have been torn, altered, soiled or damaged) and must not show any signs of use by the customer.
5. The product labels must be present and must not have undergone any alteration (corruption, removal, dirt).
