Frequently asked questions about "Payments"

▶ What are the payment methods accepted by SportIT.com?

To find out which are the payments accepted by SportIT.com you just need to enter a product in the shopping Cart and click on “Go to Cart”, you will find all the accepted payment methods. However, I will summarize here:

- Cash on delivery: also known as “mark”, allows you to pay the amount of the order directly to the courier. Regardless of the value of the order, the choice of this mode of payment involves an additional contribution of 2 (two) euro. Important: checks are not accepted, but cash only.

- Credit card / debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SportIT.com accepts all major credit cards. Secure payments one hundred percent thanks to the security protocol SSL. Your data will be handled exclusively by the bank.

- Bank transfer: if you choose this payment method, once you have completed the order you will receive via e-mail the bank to perform the transfer. Also check your Spam folder, if you do not I received. Attention: the time bank for the wire transfer (usually 3-4 days) may extend slightly the time of delivery, keep this in mind if you urgency to get a product! After 10 working days, SportIT.com reserves the right to cancel the order if you had not received the payment.

- PayPal / Paypal: PayPal is one of the payment systems most used in absolute. If you have a Paypal account you can pay your order directly from your PayPal account. For more information on this payment method, please refer to the PayPal site. By choosing this method of payment you can also pay the order with the cards PostePay.

- Satispay: Satispay is the new payment system through smartphones. Comfortable and safe: download the app Satispay to learn more about this new payment method.

▶ What is the minimum spend to get free shipping?

The minimum expenditure is € 39.90. From this figure, you will not have to pay anything extra, unless you choose as mode of payment “Cash on delivery”: in this case, the additional contribution will be 3 (three) euro, regardless of the total amount of the order. If you do not complete the 39,90 euro, you will have to pay a contribution of shipping is equal to 3.99 euros.

▶ The cash payment is free of charge?

No, there is a contribution of 3 euro for each payment in cash, regardless of the value of the order.

▶ Can I pay cash on delivery for deliveries abroad?

No, payment on delivery is available only in the Italian territory.

▶ What is the maximum amount for the payment in cash?

The maximum amount is 2999 (duemiladuecentonovantanove) euro. Beyond this threshold, SportIT.com we reserve the right to cancel the order. Are not allowed cheques, absolutely will be accepted only cash.

▶ The courier is enabled to give the rest on delivery?

Yes, but we always recommend that you introduce yourself to the employee of the courier with the exact figure, reported in the confirmation of order.

▶ If the courier asks me for a digit different from that of the order confirmation, what should I do?

Reject the package and contact Customer Service SportIT.com. We will verify the error and rimandarti in delivering the package the next day.

▶ Can I pay for the mark through a cheque?

No, you are only allowed cash. The courier is not authorized to pick up checks. In the absence of cash, the courier can not deliver the goods.

▶ If I have to choose a mode of payment in advance (credit card, Paypal, Satispay), the shipping is faster?

There is no speed difference in the delivery between the advance payment and cash on delivery. Only if you select as payment “Bank Transfer” the order can slow down because of the bank accreditation of the transfer. SportIT.com in fact, it does not send until the transfer is not credited (typically, 3-4 business days). If you have urgent need to receive the order, choose one of the other payment methods.

▶ After the payment, do I receive a confirmation?

If the payment is successful, within minutes you will receive an email order confirmation with the order summary itself. Also check the junk mail folder (Spam) because sometimes the confirmation email end up there. If you have not received confirmation of the order, to be sure of your purchase ask confirmation to Customer Service SportIT.com via e-mail (servizio.clienti@sportit.com) or via phone.

▶ Where can i find information to do the transfer?

If you have chosen as mode of payment “bank Transfer”, you will receive an email that will tell you the details to proceed with the payment of the order. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, before you do, check the junk mail folder (Spam): if not found there either, contact the Customer Service SportIT.com via e-mail (servizio.clienti@sportit.com by entering in the subject line “Request extreme transfer”.

▶ Can I have a refund on Paypal?

If you paid with a Postepay card, yes. Instead, if you want a Postepay recharge, this is not possible.

▶ I made an order but have communicated to me that one or more products are not available: how is the refund of the goods not available?

The refund will be made directly on the payment system used in the shortest possible time. If you have used a credit card, the refund will be made directly on the paper, and the same applies to PayPal. If you chose the payment method “Cash on delivery” you'll have to tell us the number of the IBAN for the refund.

▶ I have a coupon (promotional or return), how do I use it?

Once in the shopping cart, at the bottom, you'll see the words “Enter coupon”. Here you have to enter your coupon exactly as it is written, respecting uppercase and lowercase, with no spaces before or after the coupon code. The total amount of the order will change automatically. Always check the conditions of use of the coupon (for example, if there are any minimum purchase or if it is not applicable on some categories of goods). If you have more than one coupon (combinable), first insert a coupon and click “Apply”, before inserting the second. If the coupon does not work, write to servizio.clienti@sportit.com.

▶ I want to change payment method to order that has already been concluded: I can do it?

Yes, but you need to contact Customer Service SportIT.com as soon as possible. We recommend doing this by telephone. Attention, the changes allowed are: bank transfer, cash on delivery and vice versa. It is not possible to switch from bank to credit card or PayPal.

▶ If I cancel an order paid for in advance, the refund will be executed immediately?

Not immediately. SportIT.com is committed, however, to run as fast as possible. To speed up the procedure, when you cancel an order to be executed by “Registered”, please notify via e-mail to servizio.clienti@sportit.com.

▶ I noticed the deduction of the amount on my account, but I have not received the order confirmation. What should I do?

First check the e-mail, even the junk mail folder. If you do not find the e-mail confirmation of the order, immediately contact Customer Service SportIT.com via e-mail (servizio.clienti@sportit.com).

▶ Do I have to make a claim. Who can I turn to?
